This initiative involves, amongst much else, minimising the use of water, electricity and additives, and eventually becoming self-sufficient in as many ingredients as possible.
The brewhouse has a capacity of 20hl and the brewing tanks have a capacity of up to 24,000 litres. We have our own bottling facility. The company has a paid up share capital of DKK 4.5m, where the main shareholder and chairman is Christopher Seidenfaden. Apart from a number of local and Danish investors, many international investors have joined the shareholder book, among who there are Italians, English, Swedish, Finnish, Austrian, German and even Ghanien investors, totalling about 126 shareholders. Rise Bryggeri aims to contribute to the beer culture in Denmark by producing quality crafts beers with a wide spectre.
